Information contained in the register 

The register contains personal data entered by job applicants into the system (on the application form or its attachments): - Personal information, employment details, including information about current and previous employers and workplaces, possible CV details, including education and work history.    

Additionally, the register includes information obtained through contact forms related to the person: - Personal information, contact details, and possibly the name of the company the person represents.  

The register does not store unnecessary information.

Furthermore, when visiting the website, the IP address and user agent are recorded. This information is shared with Google. Google also receives performance and security data to ensure quality services, create user statistics, detect abuse, and respond to it.

Dealfront collects information on AtoZ’s website visitors and may link this data to the customer relationship management system used by AtoZ.

The customer relationship management system collects information on AtoZ's customer contacts. This data is stored until it is deemed outdated.

Regular sources of information  
The regular source of information is the job applicant or contact person themselves.   

Disclosure and transfer of data  
Manual data: Printed only when necessary. Paper prints are destroyed after use.   

Electronically stored data: Personal data may be processed to the extent required for work tasks within Atoz Oy. Data is not disclosed outside Atoz Oy.

Data protection and information security 

Job applicants' data is stored on the Microsoft Office 365 Teams server and Jobilla service, both of which comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.

Information obtained through contact requests is stored in the HubSpot service, managed by AtoZ Oy, which meets the requirements of the EU GDPR.

 Access to the data is restricted to employees of Atoz Oy whose job tasks require it.

Right of inspection, prohibition, and correction  
The data subject has the right to inspect what information about them has been stored in the register and request corrections or deletion of the data.
